Save a Baby weekend

Host a Save a Baby weekend

Looking to host a Save a Baby Weekend at your church, school, or community group? We’d love to partner with you.

A Save a Baby Weekend is a meaningful and engaging way to involve your community in the mission of protecting life. What began as a simple baby bottle coin collection has grown into a powerful awareness-building initiative that educates, informs, and invites communities to support women, men, and families facing unexpected pregnancies.

Save a Baby Weekends are also a primary source of funding for Pregnancy Aid Clinic, providing essential support that helps sustain our clinic operations. During your event, PAC staff share how your community can support life, and participants are invited to return a donation using our signature “baby bottle” envelope to directly support families in need.

Pregnancy Aid Clinic provides all the materials you need for your Save a Baby Weekend. This includes brochures, stand banners, envelopes for distribution, display items and collection baskets.  A PAC staff member will work with a representative from your organization to ensure materials are received, the event is manned, and donations are properly collected and secured.

Prefer an online option? We offer a Digital Save a Baby Weekend for churches and organizations.

PAC provides ready-to-use digital materials for email, websites, and social media. A PAC staff member can also speak to your group in person or virtually, or you may share a short mission video we provide.

Participants can give online or by mail. Parishes may also choose to take up a second collection during the event weekend.

We make hosting a Save a Baby Weekend as simple and turnkey as possible.

Step 1: Request Your Date
Complete the form below to request a Save a Baby Weekend date with Pregnancy Aid Clinic.

Step 2: Promote the Event
Once your date is confirmed, download customizable promotional materials from our website. Bulletin announcements, flyers, and graphics are available to share in your church bulletin, newsletter, or online. We recommend promoting the event at least three weeks in advance.

Step 3: Recruit Volunteers
Secure volunteers to assist with table setup, envelope distribution, donation collection, and teardown. As an alternative, parishes may choose to take up a second collection in place of envelope distribution.

Step 4: Prepare the Message
Download pulpit talk resources from our website and coordinate delivery with your pastor or administrator. A PAC representative may be available to speak, or your Respect Life team may deliver the message using the provided materials.

Step 5: Distribute Envelopes & Share Information
During the event weekend, volunteers distribute baby bottle envelopes and informational brochures. Donations may be returned the same day or the following week.

Step 6: Collect Donations
Plan a follow-up weekend or collection period. Place clearly marked baskets in a secure, monitored location for donations.

Step 7: Return Donations & Materials
Coordinate donation drop-off or pickup with your PAC representative. Table displays and materials are returned at this time.

Step 8: Thank Your Community
PAC will provide a thank-you letter and certificate confirming your total contribution. We encourage you to share the results with your community and continue the conversation through a clinic tour or future engagement—virtually or in person.

Please contact our Donor Outreach Manager, Chris Barry via email (cbarry@pregnancyaidclinic.org) or mobile 404-933-9740.
